We have been providing Quantity Surveying support services for this Client for this multi-million pound development up to stage 2 design.
The site is located at the junction of Blackfriars Road and Stamford Street in London, in an area designated within the Development Plan policy documents as appropriate for tall buildings.
The redevelopment is to create 4 levels of basement (plus mezzanines) and the erection of buildings ranging from ground floor plus 4 storeys to ground floor plus 51 storeys, comprising 288 residential units, flexible retail uses and storage at ground and mezzanine levels, music venue at basement level, hotel use, office use and restaurant at upper levels, new landscaping and public realm, reconfigured vehicular and pedestrian access and associated works to the public highway, ancillary servicing and plant, car and cycle parking and associated works.
