We will manage and co-ordinate the entire design and project team from inception to completion and deliver a quality building on time and budget. Our confidence in our ability to do this partly relies on our thorough costed risk management process implemented at inception, either “designing-out” certain risks or having clear strategies to manage them.
Our project managers have extensive experience in managing a wide variety of projects and have strengthened their skills by often being based in clients’ offices, enabling them to offer our clients time management skills, in-depth risk analysis and accurate funding management practices.
